If you are using Windows 7 you will get some extra problem using our product. However, if you follow the troubleshooting instructions you will be fine. In Windows 7 you can also try to run with compatibility mode selected. After you have installed Java prerequisite then run the Q&A installation program.
When installation is done try to right-click on the Q&A shortcut and choose Run as Administrator.
